Man let me tell you. This took me back I thought of my dad and grandpa. And when I was younger doybecoming a young men. Manly elegance high end sporty scent is how I felt the first time I had worn it. Before they mass produced polo green everywhere. But I’m now into the funk. And this has some. 10/10 Now I need to snag me a bottle.
I’m a fan of the OG Polo EDT but only own a modern formulation of it. Polish Green Intense is exactly as described but with tasteful additions. The pine you’re immediately met with at the top is surprisingly sweet. Then that dark, damp, mossy green grabs ahold of you. Powerful without being harsh, but this juice is certainly dense and commanding.
But it keeps going. The base of this fragrance is reminiscent of a cabin in the woods complete with wall mounted game trophies, antlers, and a bear skin rug to tie it all together. Thrown in a corncob pipe collection for good measure. The oud materials provide awesome structure for everything to hold onto and the animalic materials play a subtle role to add sweetness that compels the curious nose to return even after the 24th hour. A fantastic fragrance…. Well blended and the description was spot on accurate… The richness and performance is awesome… I never imagined the polo could be created in this way…
This fragrance is such an amazing take on the original Polo Green. Nostalgic but yeah modern we love it. Wish we would've ordered the full bottle instead of the 10 ML.
