RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Welcome to Puer et Senex LLC (dba Polysnifferous Perfumes). We take great care in producing our perfumes in small, artisan batches. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully, as it applies to all purchases made through our online store, www.polysnifferous.com.

1. NO RETURN POLICY

Due to the handmade, small-batch nature of our perfumes, we do not accept returns. Each bottle is crafted with individual attention, making every product unique and personalized.

2. TRIAL SAMPLES FOR SATISFACTION

To ensure you can explore our fragrances before committing to a full-size purchase, we offer 2 ml discovery samples of our core fragrances. These samples allow you to experience and enjoy our scents to ensure you find the perfect match.

3. DAMAGED PRODUCTS

While we do not accept returns, if your item arrives damaged, we want to help. Please contact us immediately using the contact information in this policy. Report damaged items within 48 hours of receipt so we can address the issue on a case-by-case basis.

4. REFUND ELIGIBILITY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

  • If your perfume is damaged and reported within 48 hours, we will evaluate the situation to determine eligibility for a refund or replacement.

  • Refunds, if granted, will be processed to the original method of payment.

5. PROCEDURE FOR REPORTING DAMAGES

  • When reporting a damaged item, please provide photographic evidence and a detailed description of the issue.

  • Our team will review your submission to confirm the damage and advise you on any next steps.

6. LIMITATIONS

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if the item has been used or if the damage report occurs after the 48-hour window following delivery.

  • Any damage claim submitted beyond this timeframe may be ineligible for consideration.
