This formula, despite being 75% Aventish, goes in a distinctly different direction. The pineapple top note of Aventish is dialed back a bit and replaced with additional notes of grapefruit and cranberry. The black currant note is also noticeably amped up. The base is supported with the addition of vanilla and subtle suede.
Overall, it is a smoother, slightly darker take on the Aventus profile. Our most popular formula to date!
An incredible fragrance. It’s got that familiar aventus DNA but it’s wonderfully unique.
Today, I got the notification that my 30ml bottle of Aventish Red had been delivered. From that moment on, the countdown began—tick-tock until I could get home and tear into that package. First off, kudos on the packaging—it was fantastic. Clean, secure, and just the right amount of presentation to build excitement without being over the top.
Once opened, my youngest son and I grabbed some tester strips like two scientists preparing for a groundbreaking discovery. The moment that first spray hit the paper, we both giggled—yes, giggled—because we knew right then and there: this stuff is something special.
With the second spray, we sat in silence, nodding like fragrance connoisseurs, picking up juicy notes of pineapple, zesty citrus, and the beautifully rich black currant. We looked at each other like, “Yup. This one’s a winner.”
Naturally, we had to try it on skin—and off we went to baseball practice, smelling like a million bucks. Compliments came in fast. I ended up sharing the link to your site more times than I expected during a game of Little League.
This fragrance has officially earned a spot in my top 5 of all time. Even my wife—who’s got a nose sharper than any critic—gave it her rare stamp of approval: “That is absolutely beautiful.”

If you’re looking for a masterfully articulated fragrance review with a thorough evaluation of top, middle, and base notes you won’t find it here – it’s just not something I’m capable of. What I am capable of is describing my experience with a fragrance and this one is among the best of the 40+ bottles I’ve bought in the last 6 months. It smells familiar, yet unique. It’s smoky, but not offensive. It’s sweet, but masculine.
In my opinion, Aventish Red can be worn in all seasons and for all occasions. Performance is quite good for me, this projects for 3-4 hours before settling into a lovely smoky and spicy skin scent which lasts far longer. On my clothes it easily lingers overnight. I highly recommend giving this a try.
